As part of a trans media storytelling project I developed a body of work based around a retelling of the Journey to the West Story featuring Sun WuKong (The Monkey King). The story involved breaking into the set of Kill Bill and reclaim Bruce Lee's Yellow jumpsuit. As an extension to the story I developed a story line that focussed on the character Pigsy and his love of food. The extension involved an 8-bit martial arts video game, merchandise from Pigsy's dumpling business "Fat Boy Dumplings" and further extension with a cook book.
